History of the Internet

The main thing that struck me while watching this clip was the fact that something so complicated could be explained with such simplicity. This was a factor that I really liked about the clip. The simple drawings paired with a minimum of technical jargon made this clip very easy to watch and follow.
Another thing that really struck me was the fact that the creation of the Internet really was a global effort. I had no idea that so many countries contributed. Having the knowledge that America, England, France, and even the USSR and Cuba (through the threat of attack) contributed to the development of the Internet. When put in this perspective the term used by Tim Berners-Lee "World Wide Web" makes much more sense.
Overall, I enjoyed this clip for the information it provided and the simplicity with which it was provided.
