Introduction :)

Hi Everyone!

My name is Sara Evenson and I am a senior majoring in Communication Arts. I am originally from a little town called Waterloo, which is about 45 minutes from downtown Madison. I now live in Marshall, Wisconsin which is about 40 minutes from campus. So yes, I commute everyday! But I don't mind it too much! I now live in a house and I am LOVING it! It's so nice to have my own space. Something that you may find interesting is that I have a dog who naturally grows dreadlocks! Sounds weird, I know, but he is a great dog. He is a pure bred and is his breed name is Puli. Can you guess what we named him?? PULY! How original, I know.

About a month ago, my boyfriend and I went to Jamaica and had a blast! His parents have a place down there so it was nice to have them show us around. I have never been to a third-world country before so it was quite an experience. It really makes you realize how lucky we are in the United States and makes you appreciate the littlest things.

I am excited for this class because I feel like it will be different from other classes I have taken. I can't wait to get to know everyone and I know we are going to have a great time in our discussion section! Our discussion section is the BEST! ;)
