Introduction

Hey everyone,

My name is Ashley Meuser and I'm from Minnetonka/Eden Prairie, MN, both suburbs of Minneapolis. I'm a senior majoring in Com Arts (Rhetoric) and Journalism (Strat Com) and going for a certificate in business. I am a huge football and hockey fan and love the fall and winter months for that very reason. I had an internship in Boulder, CO promoting magazines through social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and I really enjoyed that so I just accepted another internship in Colorado Springs for next summer, but with a small advertising agency. I can only hope that will lead to a full-time career opportunity post-graduation. I think this class will be interesting because of the internet's prominence and the course's relevance and applicability to our everyday lives. I look forward to this class and meeting everyone tomorrow!
