I decided to check out I-Dosing last night. Like many of you, I had never heard of it before and was intrigued as to how this really worked. After watching several videos, I didn't feel the "high" from the videos. No surprise there. I showed the videos to my roommates to see if they would have different results. I was quite tired when watching the videos so my attention span wasn't the greatest. Neither of them felt the effects of being high. In theory, I guess I-Dosing makes sense. I'm sure you can watch a video with certain visual and audio stimulation that allows the viewer to release certain chemicals similar to that of being high from a different drug. Long stretch, but I guess it could be possible.
However, I did watch a video link that Erica posted. I thought that video was the most effective. After watching it, I looked around the room, and my vision was quite blurry. Plus the room appeared like it was moving back and forth. It lasted about 10 seconds then I was back to normal. I guess that's as close as I'll get to I-Dosing.
After my attempts at I-Dosing, I watched several of the videos that were of other people's reactions to I-Dosing. Most of them seemed over exaggerated. I'm not sure if these people were on some other kind of drug as well, but it appeared like acting to me.
