As I have been exploring the advocacy websites I am a member of, I stumbled upon the news and events section to see what has been going on. I found a really interesting article that announced that Chicago, just around a week ago, announced that the govenment would be giving financial assistance to hospitals in order to step up and increase their quality of Breast Cancer Treatment. This information and release was big news to the website. I took the time then to post this link on my message board to show the other members the measures that have been and are being taken to help and support those affected. I keep seeing how much people are affected by how much and how easy it is to spread information on the internet even if it is outside of you social circle. I will checking up day to day now as the election is around the corner and the government is creating policy and financial decisions.
