Plants versus Zombies

I have played Plants Versus Zombies many, many times in the past. My roommate and I used it as our primary means of avoiding studying during Fall finals last year and we both wound up beating all of the levels after we downloaded it. What is most interesting to me about this game is how it contrasts to my experience with World of Warcraft. I much prefer a game like Plants, where I can stop at any point and come back exactly where I left off. While this is true to an extent in WoW as the character simply rests while I'm away, I enjoy how the world doesn't completely change or go on without me playing. Furthermore, I prefer the individualized experience of Plants versus Zombies. I had some trouble getting accustomed to the interactive play of World of Warcraft and will need to continue to acclimate myself to this as I level up and play as a Level 80 character on my friend's account.

  1. I also like the fact that you can leave and come back to this game without the world moving on around you. I feel like I wouldn't be able to play games like WoW because I would feel like I might be missing things that happened when I wasn't online and might lose interest because of it.
