Tracking every computerized thing

I'm kind of confused on what all falls under the category of a "computerized device" so I am going to just assume my computer and my iphone count. Those are the main devices I have used today/tonight. I've been on my computer literally all day researching for a couple papers on madcat and other databases. I've also been making a couple of websites for my other classes, so I've been googling pictures and putting in content into DreamWeaver. I'm a journalism major and have multiple stories I have to write by next week, so I've been doing a lot of email with people and organizations here on campus. I noticed I check my email a million times a day, along with my Facebook. What's really embarrassing is that when I am on Facebook on my computer, I found I would sometimes check it simultaneously on my iphone. I go on Facebook all the time, I think it is just a habit now or a natural instinct when I get on my computer or iphone. I also used Skype tonight to talk with my dad for a while. I'm always on both of these devices, I don't know how I would fill my time otherwise!
