ort my avatar to these locations. The destinations are listed in categories such as adventure, art, haunted, beaches, business, castles, chat hot spots, sports, etc. After they are listed, there is a discription and picture of the location.Navigating around Second Life was a lot more difficult before I noticed the Destination Guide. I would go to the map of the virutal world, and then click on a random spot (hoping it would be somewhere interesting like a night club).
I was at work the other day and my boss told me that she's recently started playing Second Life and is fairly addicted earlier on. She was actually talking about all of the fantastic destinations that she visited, including some tropical beaches and malls. She said she spent a lot of time shopping and I thought that it was pretty coincidental given the topic of your post.
