YouTube and Hulu

I decided to check out Hulu first since I have only been on Hulu a few times. I didn't know what video clip to watch, so I went to the "Channels" option on the homepage and clicked on the category "Sports", then "NHL". I then watched "Top Ten Goals of the Week: Oct. 26, 2010". The video was clear and played after a short commercial. I didn't realize Hulu had all these highlight videos for NHL games and may use this instead of going to NHL.com since it seems more simple and faster then the NHL.com website. I like how Hulu has a professional looking/simple format and also offers full episodes of TV shows and movies.

Next, I went to the YouTube website and used the "Most Popular" section on the main page to find a video clip to watch. I clicked on the subcategory "Sports" and a lot of videos of the Breeders' Cup Classic filled this page. I heard this race was exciting so I decided to watch a video on it. I picked the video clip called "Zenyatta loses to Blame by a head and a Filly's dream of an undefeated career ends - Full race call". The video showed the entire horse race which ended up being extremely close at the end and then a press conference after. YouTube has a lot more videos on it, but the quality of all these videos overall isn't as good as Hulu since most of the YouTube videos are not professional (any random person creating them and posting them).
